ADMITGO LTD („we”, „us”, „our”, or the „Company”), a company organized and existing under the laws of Great Britain at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, England, provides these Terms and Conditions to govern the use of our website and services.

  1. Introduction

1.1 We are committed to delivering high-quality, professional support to individuals seeking to enhance their qualifications through study in the UK. Our services are structured to assist clients in applying to UK universities and securing funding for their studies.

1.2 While many of our services are offered free of charge, we uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all our operations.

1.3 These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, form an integral part of our relationship with website users.

  1. Definitions

2.1 „Applicant” refers to a registered user who utilizes the Apply with Edu4u service and possesses an account in the UCAS system with the Service Provider’s buzzword or who applies for studies at a university outside the UCAS system with the assistance of the Service Provider as an agent or representative.

2.2 „Non-Applicant” refers to a person who does not have an account in the UCAS system with the Service Provider’s buzzword (and with the Service Provider registered as an agent/representative) or when a person applies for a master’s degree directly via the university’s portal not through MasterApply and without the Service Provider registered as an agent/representative.

2.3 „Service Provider” refers to ADMITGO LTD.

2.4 „User” refers to any individual accessing or utilizing our website and services.

2.5 „Website” refers to the online platform operated by ADMITGO LTD.

  1. Services

3.1 Our website serves as a multilateral platform offering:
a) Information about studies at UK universities
b) Application support for university courses

3.2 Detailed descriptions of each service will be provided by our consultants based on the specific educational offerings chosen by the User.

  1. User Eligibility and Account Registration

4.1 Users must be either adults or minors with legal representative consent, legal persons, or organizational units with legal capacity as defined by law.

4.2 The Website is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.

4.3 Users may be required to create an account to access certain services. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

  1. Fees and Charges

5.1 Website use is free of charge.

5.2 Services are provided at no cost to Applicants as defined in Section 2.1.

5.3 Post-application support and charges for Non-Applicants:
a) The Service Provider reserves the right to impose charges for utilizing certain services when a person is classified as a Non-Applicant.
b) At the discretion of the Service Provider and subject to its capabilities, additional services may be made available to Non-Applicants.
c) The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse the provision of such services to Non-Applicants.
d) The agreement for the provision of such services to a Non-Applicant is established when the purchase of those services is finalized.
e) Specific charges and service details for Non-Applicants will be communicated clearly by our staff prior to any commitment.

5.4 The costs and eligibility for particular services depend on the service description provided by our consultants.

  1. User Obligations

6.1 Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when utilizing our services.

6.2 Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our website and services.

6.3 Users are responsible for adhering to all obligations and deadlines related to university applications and UCAS funding applications as communicated by our consultants.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Service Provider or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.

7.2 Users do not gain any rights, particularly licenses to works, trademarks, and other materials made available on the Website.

7.3 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Website and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7.4 It is expressly prohibited to:
a) Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Website without prior written permission from the Service Provider.
b) Use any content for commercial purposes without explicit authorization.
c) Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Website.
d) Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

7.5 The use of any materials on the Website for purposes not expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions is strictly forbidden.

7.6 It is prohibited to copy content for competitive purposes and to disclose the Service Provider’s materials intended solely for Applicants to third parties who are not Applicants. Violations of this clause may result in immediate termination of the contract for the provision of services or termination of services provided. In the event that the Service Provider incurs financial losses due to such a breach, legal action may be pursued.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

8.2 We comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR in our handling of user data.

  1. Complaints Procedure

9.1 Complaints regarding the services provided by the Service Provider should be submitted in writing or via email to director@admitgo.co.uk 

9.2 The complaint should include:
a) Information about the User submitting the complaint
b) A description of the situation which has given rise to the complaint
c) An email address for correspondence

9.3 We strive to process complaints within 14 days of receipt.

9.4 A response to the complaint will be sent to the User’s email address provided in the complaint.

  1. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

10.2 Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

  1. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

11.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions if new services are introduced, existing services are terminated, or in the event of any changes in applicable law that impact the legal relationship between the Service Provider and the User.

11.2 Material changes will be communicated to Registered Users via email, including the date on which the amended Terms and Conditions will take effect.

11.3 For non-material amendments, the Service Provider is not required to individually notify Registered Users via email.

11.4 Users who do not accept changes to the Terms and Conditions should notify the Service Provider via email and refrain from further use of the Website.

  1. Termination

12.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of the Terms and Conditions.

12.2 Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
